The Computer Science Department offers several Undergraduate Majors and Minors, including joint degrees with Mathematics and Economics. Graduate programs include MS and PhD offerings with concentrations in Computer Science and Informatics.

Celebrating Dr. Carl Yang’s Recent Achievements

The Computer Science Department at Emory University is full of astounding faculty. We are proud to highlight recent awards received by one of our faculty members.

Dr. Carl Yang received 2025 ACM SIGKDD Rising Star Award.

He and his team also received the Best Paper Award (First Place) at the World Congress on Medical and Health Informatics (MedInfo) in Taipei, Taiwan.
